FTP - File Transfer Protocol

Where to Start
To start FTP access, please click HERE to download the FileZilla Client program to your computer.
The host is ftp.haightaccounting.com
Please contact our office at (425)483-8580 for your username, password, and port
Transfering Your File to Us
Step 1 Click to open FileZilla
Step 2 Step 2 Input host (ftp.haightaccounting.com), username, password, and port. Then press ENTER.
Step 3 Right click on your quickbooks backup file, select UPLOAD
Step 4 Leave FileZilla open until progress bar at the bottom of the screen reads "complete"
Step 5 Email us at tish@haightaccounting.com to let us know your file is in the FTP!
Retrieving Your File
Step 1 Click to open FileZilla
Step 2 Input host (ftp.haightaccounting.com), username, password, and port. Then press ENTER.
Step 3 Right click on the quickbooks file on the right side of your screen, select DOWNLOAD
Step 4 Leave FileZilla open until progress bar at the bottom of the screen reads "complete"
Step 5 Open Quickbooks and restore your new file
